Bespoke Handcrafted Greenhouses
Hutchinsons have added a custom design service for timber framed greenhouses. These hand-crafted horticultural buildings are equipped with a full compliment of fixtures and fittings to make these buildings truly versatile growing areas.
As standard, pressure treated (Tanalised) timbers are used throughout the building’s framework to ensure long life. This quality finish is further enhanced with quality framed doors, featuring mortice locks and toughened glass, which also adds to the security of these horticultural buildings.
By combining heating elements with automatic vent controls, the internal glasshouse temperature can be maintained at constant levels – thereby creating an ideal growing environment year-round.
Bespoke Greenhouse Designs
For the true horticultural connoisseur, we also build these bespoke glasshouses using Cedar timber, an imported, lightweight timber whose natural oil content allows for a longer, maintenance free lifespan.
Some clients have used this design service to request their own bespoke greenhouse design, which combines the highly glazed glasshouse structure with an integrated storage shed to create a truly versatile, multipurpose horticultural building that will best utilise the available space in a smaller garden.
