Features
As standard the buildings are finished with an EPDM rubber membrane, but we are often asked to upgrade the cladding of these roof areas to feature felt and cedar shingles.
All of the timbers used in our buildings are pressure treated with a preservative to ensure long life, but we then enhance the exterior finish with a painted finish, which further protects the cladding timbers. As an alternative, we can also upgrade the exterior with a Hardie Board cladding board – a cement-based timber substitute that needs minimal maintenance.
